The Act on Processing of Personal Data

The controller of your personal data is Miinto Host ApS, with its registered office CVR no. 33365322.

Prags Boulevard 49 B1, 2300 Copenhagen. Miinto Host ApS collects your personal data in order for you to engage in business with us at www.miinto.es. The collection of your personal data occurs when you approve our terms of business. You do not have to provide your personal data but if you fail to do so we may not be able to provide services for you.

We collect the following data:

- Name

- Address

- Email

- Phone number

- Information on your purchase

Miinto.es registers your personal data for the purposes of being able to deliver the product you have ordered to you.

The personal data is registered with Miinto Host ApS and stored for 5 years, after which time the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via www.miinto.es, we always ensure that it only takes place via your express consent so that you are informed about precisely what data is collected and why.

What is my data being used for?

First and foremost, we use your data to process and ship your order made on www.miinto.es. Your data is processed for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering the contract (Art. 6(1)b of GDPR). We use your data at our customer service to improve the user experience on miinto.es, and we also use your data in connection with marketing and competitions if you have signed up for our newsletter and have given your consent for this. In those cases the data will be collected based on the given consent (Art. 6(1)a of GDPR) or our legitimate interest – direct marketing and improvement of our services (Art. 6(1)f of GDPR). [JG1] Your data may also be used in connection with suspicions of fraud and the investigation thereof.

With whom is my data being shared?

At Miinto Host ApS, deals are made directly with physical stores on our platform www.miinto.es. In order for the stores to be able to process and ship your order, your data is shared with the shops/online stores that will deliver your order.

Likewise, your information is shared with external distributors (including DHL Express, UPS or similar freight supplier) who need it to ship your order and have information on the delivery. This can take place both via email and SMS.

In addition we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process data only on behalf of miinto.es and may not use it for their own purposes.

Hotjar is a technological service that helps us improve the understanding of our customers needs, as well as optimize their experience in shopping at miinto.es. Hotjar stores the information in a pseudonymous user profile and is bound by a contractual prohibition against selling any of the data collected on our behalf.

Sleeknote is a tool that allows us to collect the users contact information such as email address and phone number through pop-ups on miinto.es. Sleeknote and miinto.es store this information and comply the applicable rules of Process of Personal Data.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

We do not store customer data in an encrypted form.

We do not transmit customer data in an encrypted form.

We do not register any sensitive personal data.

Rights

As registered with miinto you have the following rights, which you by any time can make use of:

Right of access:

At all times you have the right to make use of your right of access which means that you have the right to access the data we have registered from you.

The right to be forgotten:

You have the right to be forgotten at all times. This means that you can request to have all data we have registered about you deleted. Please note that because of the Accounting Act we cannot guarantee that we can deleted all registered data.

The right to data portability:

You have the right to request the data you have provided to us, in a commonly used machine readable format for transmission to another specific recipient.

Right to object:

You have the right to object to the processing of your data taking places based on certain reasons. For example you can object to the processing of your personal data if the purpose is direct marketing as well as profiling.

Right to rectification:

You have the right to have registered data corrected at any time if you believe that this is incorrect.

Right to restriction:

In connection with some of your other rights, you have the right to request limited data processing instead of complete deletion or during the assessment of your objection.

Right to lodge a complaint:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority[JG2]

You have these right under the Persondal Data Act as well as GDPR. Inquiries in connection with this are directed to Miinto Host ApS via e-mail: dataprotection@miinto.com and you can contact the European Data Protection Agency by any time.

Duty of disclosure
Agreements (purchase orders) can be entered into in either Spanish or English, and they are stored by the company for 5 years in accordance with The Bookkeeping Act. It is not possible to subsequently access the contract via our website. If you so desire, you can ask us to send you a new copy of the contract by email, if you email info@miinto.es.
